  • DIN 1X1 ISOEM (LED1) series intelligent isolation transmitter is a display and control transmitter that isolates and amplifies analog voltage or current signals and converts them into display and control transmitters with matching accuracy and linearity. The product integrates isolation, display, alarm control and transmission, and contains a set of high-efficiency multi-isolated DC/DC power conversion circuits, signal modulation and demodulation circuits, signal coupling and isolation conversion circuits, display and alarm control circuits and so on.        The DIN 1X1 ISOEM (LED1) series products are intelligently designed with a variety of functions not available in conventional products. With a single power supply, the analog signals can be isolated and transmitted, and displayed in decimal digital quantities according to the set range in linear correspondence. The traditional embedded analog display meter adopts potentiometer adjustment, which has a single adjustment parameter, is not flexible and is greatly affected by temperature. Compared with the traditional analog display meter, this intelligent digital display meter is operated by a combination of two buttons and controlled by the CPU of the central processor, which can realize the setting of various parameters such as zero point, full scale, decimal point, alarm, time delay, etc., and it has strong flexibility and practicability. The digital display meter adopts LED display board and has reverse and over-current protection function. The products are widely used in industrial control, petrochemical, environmental protection, smart home, mining and other industries for temperature, pressure, displacement, flow, liquid level and other physical quantities of control point monitoring.

      

DIN 1X1 ISOEM (LED1) series of active intelligent isolation transmitter can be directly isolated analog amplification conversion, at the same time with signal display and output alarm control function. The embedded intelligent digital display meter is used to measure the transmission signal, the displayed figure is not the direct output voltage or current measurement value, but the signal preset value, through the setting of the measured output zero and fullness of the voltage or current value relative to the two preset values are linearly displayed.  For example, if the variable output 4-20mA, 4mA is set to 0 and 20mA is set to 8000, then the meter will display 2000 when inputting 8mA and 4000 when inputting 12mA; and if 4mA is set to 1000 and 20mA is set to -1000, the meter will display 0 when inputting 12mA and -500 when inputting 16mA. The maximum display range of the digital display meter is 9999, i.e. four digits, and the minimum is -1999. It has the alarm function with two isolated switching outputs, which can be displayed, controlled and alarmed locally. The two set alarm points have positive and negative alarm direction settings. Alarm point of the alarm object for the display readings, alarm LED panel last decimal point flashes, alarm information through the digital optocoupler isolated output alarm signal. The upper limit or lower limit alarm value and alarm mode can be modified by the programmer for the products that need to set alarm function, please refer to the "Display Meter User Manual" on the back page for detailed setting method.

Alarm output and application 

1, two alarm signals generated in the main CPU chip DC level signal, isolated by optocoupler output, the output low level indicates the alarm state, the output high level for the non-alarm state. 

2, because the display controller is a passive two-wire system, the minimum operating current of 3mA, so the alarm signal is also very weak, the minimum is only 0.5mA, with the help of a strong expansion capacity of the photosensitive transistor-type opto-coupler will be the signal isolation, using open collector (OC gate) output. Output pull-up voltage, the current can be expanded to a maximum of 120mA. the principle of this phototransistor-type photocoupler is shown in the following figure: the instrumentation signal isolated by the optocoupler, ⑨, ⑩ "1H / 1L", ⑦, ⑧ "2L / 2 H" wiring port is Optocoupler OC door signal output, connected to the instrument outside the power supply circuit, the alarm signal to do further amplification and energy, and ultimately to drive the required sound, light, electricity, refrigeration, heating, motors and other actuators. ⑨, ⑩ "1H / 1L" is the first alarm output, ⑦, ⑧ "2L / 2 H" is the second alarm output, "1H", "2H "1H", "2H" connected to the collector of the photosensitive transistor, "1L", "2L" connected to the emitter.

3、Due to the limitation of the maximum current of the photosensitive transistor Ic, its ability to expand the current and drive the load is limited, if the user needs larger driving current to drive relays, solenoid valves, stepping motors and other devices on the spot, it can be connected to the external power expansion circuit (power amplifier tube or servo circuit) for expanding the amplification process or special customization.

1. The default value of this product is adjusted according to 4mA showing "0.0" and 20mA showing "200.0". 

2, it is best to put forward the display specifications when the user orders, we will be the digital display meter in the factory tuned to facilitate the direct use of the user.
