The product internally contains current signal modulation and demodulation circuit, signal coupling and isolation transformation circuit, display and alarm control circuit. The very small input equivalent resistance makes the product's input voltage value reach an ultra-wide range (12~36VDC), in order to meet the user's need for signal isolation, display, alarm, and long-distance distortion-free transmission without the need for external power supply. DIN 1X1 ISO 4-20mA (LED1) products adopt intelligent design, with a variety of functions that traditional products do not have, the product is a passive design scheme, which can isolate the 4-20mA analog quantity in the input circuit and display it as a decimal digital quantity according to the set range linearly. This two-wire passive mode of operation does not require other auxiliary power supply, so it is simple and convenient to use wiring, small size, high precision and low cost. The traditional embedded analog display meter is adjusted by potentiometer, which has a single adjustment parameter, is not flexible and is greatly affected by temperature. Compared with the traditional analog display meter, this intelligent digital display meter is operated by a combination of two buttons and controlled by the CPU of the central processor, which can realize the setting of various parameters such as zero point, full scale, decimal point, alarm, time delay, etc., which is highly flexible and practical. The digital display meter adopts LED display board, and each segment of the display board adopts constant-current driver, which makes the brightness uniform in the range of 4-20mA, and with reverse and over-current protection function. The products are widely used in industrial control, petrochemical industry, environmental protection, smart home, mining and other industries for temperature, pressure, displacement, flow, liquid level and other physical quantities of control point monitoring.
DIN 1X1 ISO 4-20mA (LED1) products are mainly used for the isolation and display of 4-20mA current signals from sensors, PLC, DCS control loops. The embedded digital display is used to measure the 4-20mA signal without external power supply but directly on the 4-20mA loop signal to take power measurement. The displayed figure is not the direct current measurement value, but the preset values of 4mA and 20mA, and the measured current value is linearly displayed relative to these two preset values. For example, if 4mA is set to 0 and 20mA is set to 8000, the meter will display 2000 when inputting 8mA and 4000 when inputting 12mA; and if 4mA is set to 1000 and 20mA is set to -1000, the meter will display 0 when inputting 12mA and -500 when inputting 16mA. The maximum display range of the digital display meter is 9999, i.e. four digits; the minimum is -1999. It also has the function of alarm signal output with two isolated switching outputs, which can be displayed, controlled and alarmed locally. Two alarm points are set, and there are positive and negative alarm direction settings. Alarm point of the alarm object for the display readings, alarm LED panel last decimal point flashes, alarm information through the digital optocoupler isolated output alarm signal.
