The SY AD08T series products enable signal acquisition between sensors and host computers for detecting analog signals or controlling remote devices. Through the software configuration, it can be used for a variety of sensor types, including: analog signal input, analog signal output, and digital signal input/output, SYAD08T series products can be used in RS-232/485 bus industrial automation control system, thermocouple signal measurement, monitoring and control, small signal measurement, and industrial field signal isolation and long-wire transmission and so on.
SYAD08T series modules, the communication method adopts ASCII character communication protocol or MODBUS RTU communication protocol, its instruction set is compatible with ADAM module, the baud rate can be set by the user, and can be hooked up with other manufacturers' control modules on the same RS-485 bus, which is convenient for computer programming. The products include power isolation, input/output signal isolation, linearization, A/D conversion and RS-485 serial communication. Each serial port can be connected to a maximum of 256.
SYAD08T series products are designed and manufactured according to industrial standards, with isolation between signal input/output, can withstand 3000VDC isolation voltage, strong anti-interference ability and high reliability. Operating temperature range - 45℃~+85℃.
SYAD08T series products are intelligent monitoring and control system based on microcontroller, all the user-set calibration values, address, baud rate, data format, calibration and status and other configuration information are stored in non-volatile memory EEPROM.

SYAD08T Function Introduction
SYAD08T is an eight-channel signal isolation acquisition module, which can measure J/ K/ T/ E/ R/ S/ B thermocouple signals.
1, analog signal input
24-bit acquisition accuracy, all signal input ranges have been fully calibrated before delivery. In use, the user can also easily program their own calibration.
Thermocouple input wire break detection, linearity compensation and cold end temperature compensation. You can tell if a thermocouple is disconnected by sending a simple disconnect detection command. There are various thermocouple linearity data inside the module, when collecting thermocouple signals, the module performs linearity compensation according to different types of thermocouples, and also performs cold end temperature compensation according to the current ambient temperature. If needed, the user can program the calibration of the cold end temperature by himself.
2、 Communication protocol
Communication interface: the module has one standard RS-485 communication interface and one RS-232 communication interface.
Communication protocol: Support two protocols, ASCII character protocol and MODBUS RTU communication protocol. It can be programmed to use that kind of communication protocol, which can realize network communication with many brands of PLC, RTU or computer monitoring system.
Data format: 10 bits: 1 start bit, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit.
Communication address (00H~FFH) and baud rate (300bps, 600 bps, 1200 bps, 2400 bps, 4800 bps, 9600 bps, 19200 bps, 38400bps) can be set; the longest distance of the communication network can be up to 1200 meters, connected by twisted shielded cable.
Communication interface with high anti-interference design, ±15KV ESD protection, communication response time less than 70mS.
