  • ISO series analog photoelectric isolation amplifier transmitter is a kind of analog signal isolation and amplification, conversion into proportional output analog hybrid integrated circuits, the IC on the same chip integrated a multi-isolated DC/DC converter power supply and a group of photoelectric coupling of analog signals isolation transmitter circuit, input and output side of the wide creepage distance and the internal isolation measures so that the chip can be realized signal input/output The wide creepage distance between the input and output sides and the internal isolation measures enable the chip to realize signal input/output/auxiliary power supply 3KVDC triple isolation.         SunYuan ISO series analog photoelectric isolation amplifier transmitter is a hybrid integrated circuit that isolates and amplifies analog signals, converts and transmits them into proportional analog outputs. The IC integrates a multi-isolated DC/DC converter power supply and a set of opto-coupled analog signal isolation transmitter circuits on the same chip. The wide creepage distance between the input and output sides and the internal isolation measures enable the chip to realize 3KVDC triple isolation of signal input/output/auxiliary power supply.

       

 ISO series analog photoelectric isolation amplifier transmitter adopts the low-cost program of linear photoelectric coupling, which is mainly used in the occasions with special requirements for EMC (electromagnetic interference).The zero point of IC and gain, fullness can be adjusted and calibrated by the external multi-turn potentiometer, which is convenient for the industrial site to be adjusted and calibrated according to the working and running status of the instrument and equipment. *1Remarks: When the output value of the ISO U(A)-P-O module is a voltage signal, select a 10KΩ multi-turn potentiometer for gain adjustment. When the output value of ISO U(A)-P-O module is current signal, select 50KΩ multi-turn potentiometer for gain adjustment. (See product technical data sheet).


*2 Remarks: When the input is 0-xV and the output is 4-20mA analog current signal, both gain adjustment and zero adjustment multi-turn potentiometers must be connected externally. 

With ISO U(A)-P-O modules, there is no external zero adjustment function when the input and output signals are the same 0-xV/0-xmA (zero-to-zero) parameters.

*4 Remarks: For current output type products, if the output terminal is not equipped with a zero adjustment terminal (8 or 11 pins), it means that the product can achieve the required accuracy without zero adjustment.

*5Remarks: Because the input impedance of the voltage input type (ISO U-P-O) is very high, the output will be maximized when the input is open during use. 

To prevent accidents in the field, users are requested to connect a 1MΩ resistor and a 0.1UF capacitor in parallel with the inputs (pins 1 and 2) to minimize the output value of 0 when the inputs are open during operation.
